Kjille Hoeben
After completing her studies at TU/e in Eindhoven, Kjille began her career as a project manager at Sports and Technology, an association linked to Brainport Eindhoven. This organization focuses on connecting sports, knowledge institutes, and companies to stimulate innovation aimed at encouraging physical activity for everyone and enhancing performance of topathletes. This marked the beginning of her journey into innovative sports management projects. One of her strengths is establishing field labs for sports innovation, having contributed to the field lab for sailing in The Hague and and at the national training center in Papendal.
In 2012, she joined the physiology department at Radboud University, collaborating with Professor Maria Hopman to focus on the practical application and collaboration with companies of scientific knowledge from the department. One of the key projects involved developing an ingestible capsule to measure core temperature, which she worked on alongside Clemens Neervoort. In 2014, Clemens and Kjille decided to launch their own company, myTemp.
Founded in 2014, myTemp was created to further develop and market the capsule. By 2022, myTemp became part of Purplexus.
